We brought a stray cat that had massive matting on her, so bad it looked like she was walking with a friend. They spent an entire day working with her, allowing her breaks in between to calm down. Entire staff was very nice and really cared for this poor cat. Would recommend for anyone looking for a groomer for their cat.
